How we handle accounts, data and paid packs.

Meritwala collects what is needed to run the student app: name, phone, email, exam preference, course enrolment, and test attempts. Profile photos are optional.

Login uses a phone OTP or email. Tokens are stored on the device. We do not sell student lists to coaching aggregators or ad networks.

Attempt history, scores and answers sit on our servers so you can open them later. Community posts you make in an enrolled course are visible to classmates of that course.

Payment details for UPI or card go through the payment provider. We keep the order record, not your full card number.

To ask for a copy of your data, or to close the account, write to hello@meritwala.in from the registered email or phone.

This site and the Meritwala app are for students preparing for exams. The admin portal is a different product and is not covered here.

You must be 16 or older to create an account, or have a parent or guardian do it. One person, one account. Sharing logins to skip a paid pack is not allowed.

Mocks, notes and reports are for your study. Do not republish question papers, keys or PDFs on Telegram, Drive or print shops.

We can suspend an account that cheats a live mock, scrapes the bank, or abuses classmates in community quizzes.

Exam notifications change. A paper on Meritwala follows the pattern we set on the day it is published. It is practice, not the Commission’s official paper.

Free notes and the weekly free mock are free. There is nothing to refund.

Paid course or mock packs: if you have not started the first lecture and have not submitted a paid mock, write to hello@meritwala.in within 7 days of payment. We refund the amount received, minus the payment gateway fee if the gateway keeps it.

Once you start a paid mock or unlock paid video, that pack is used. We do not refund because the exam date moved or you changed exam.

Cash enrolments at a partner centre follow that centre’s receipt. Raise the centre issue there; we can confirm the app enrolment from our side.

Failed UPI or card charges that never created an enrolment are reversed by the bank or gateway. Mail us the UTR if it still shows pending after two working days.

Free PDFs on this website may be downloaded for personal study. Do not sell them or put Meritwala branding on another product.

Questions in mocks may be original, licensed, or adapted from public syllabi. Keys are ours. If you believe an item is wrong, mail the question ID.

Gallery photographs are from centres and sittings we have permission to show. Do not download them for ads.

The line “Merit ka mamla hai” and the Meritwala mark are ours. You may name the app in a review. You may not use the logo on a competing test series.
